Built a chat-application that allows multiple users to interact in real-time. Implemented the frontend using HTML, CSS, and Javascript. Javascript Object notation (JSON) was used for transmitting the data from the server-side to the client-side. Node.js was used at the server-side and react.js was used at the client-side. The sending and receiving of messages in real-time were controlled by using web sockets and socket.io.
