Work with team of engineers to prioritize and deliver technical solutions for a public relations and social media management, listening and analytics platform.

Lead team of three Production QA's to triage client and account manager reported defects and work with development team to resolve issues. This also includes answering account manager questions regarding functionality of the tool and responding to client requests outside of normal business hours.
 
Manage release cycle for deployment of maintenance fixes, including creating and testing release build and working with testing staff during deploy to ensure a successful release.

Handle priority releases and patches for urgent production fixes within 24 hours, ensuring all affected clients receive update and fix is included in next maintenance release.
