Alumni relations is a group of dedicated people at IIT Gandhinagar which strengthens the networking of its alumni with the current studying students.

Jashn is the Intra-college Cultural Festival of IIT Gandhinagar.

Amalthea is the Annual Technical Summit of IIT Gandhinagar, that consists of Conclave, Exhibition and many technical competitions. 
My role :
•  Designed and executed the Marketing strategy for several online and offline platforms.
•  Coordinated the team size of 24 executives and ensured strong strategy execution.

• Elected as a member of the student council.
• Worked for maintaining and uplifting the welfare of students living on campus. 
• Implemented first time ever initiatives like Monthly Maintenance Drive, Discounts at the food outlets etc

- Built data-driven inside sales model/processes along with the CXOs. 
- Wore multiple hats:
Product
    -  Upgrading the in-house built CRM which is currently being used by 1500+ BDAs/agents
    -  Working on gamifying the WFH telesales experience.
    -  Built the automated daily payout flows (The best hack which highly decreased the freelancers' attrition rate)

Business Intelligence
    -  Worked on lead intelligence to get filtered potential leads.
    -  Built the dashboards at multiple layers to track the activities of 1500+ BDAs/agents.

Operations
    -  Training BDMs and Training Team on the product and data decisions. (23+ done) and resolving day-to-day queries.

Partnership proposals 
    -  Truecaller, Cloud Telephony-Ameyo etc

• Launched Zomato's Operations in 3 - Tier 3 cities. 
• Onboarded more than 125 Delivery Partners.
• I was also a part of the launch team in 2 other cities.
