Founding Product Manager

First stint as a Product Manager on the core team. I was brought on board to begin setting up the Product Division. Primarily responsible for Product, Product-Driven-Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships. 

TL; DR: 

•	0 – 1 on the entire Product Idea, from Market Research to Early MVP
•	Setting up allied functions and Product Led Business growth for 0-6, and 6-12 months

Detailed: 

• Setup and drove the entire product development. 
• Responsible for setting the base for Product Development efforts. 
• Define and build a feature-set, backwards from User-Scenarios.
• Design the key database structures for the entire App.
• Define and design social-interactions and integrations.
• Define and set the development targets, timelines, and sprint-goals.
• Define and build proof-of-concepts and prototypes, pre-development.
