Currently a summer intern at AWS working in the Telco Industry Business Unit. The mission of my org is to help large telco companies migrate to AWS.

Responsible for building a product that automates the collection, processing, and displaying of revenue data with the goal of being able to accurately forecast how much revenue a migration opportunity brings to AWS.

• Led the development of Kitt's V1 app and website, enabling creators to effortlessly sell products, build, and manage their websites via their custom link in bio.

• Built out the app to allow creators to manage the content and order of their pages, track sales, and payouts Built out the website for followers to view, access, and buy their creator's endorsed links and products.

• Conducted 10 weekly beta tests with creators, gathering insights to optimize UX and address pain points, resulting in a more delightful product.

• Facilitated rapid product iteration, transitioning from MVP to beta testing and achieving launch readiness within a 2-month timeframe.

• Strategized and implemented the API onboarding process by ordering priority and content creation by funnel (i.e. user request, partnerships, etc)

• Created SOPs for the entire team to streamline the technical implementation of onboarding APIs on the site

• Consistently onboarded 10 APIs WoW with the new process, up 50% from previous outputs

• Designed and pitched presentations to Fortune 500 companies, often speaking to Directors and Team Leads

• Built a consistent feedback loop by opening more communication channels to better understand pain-points Collaborated with the CEO, CTO, and Developers to outline product changes and a clear roadmap to delivery

• Worked on consistent content creation with the marketing team, improving output from 2 to 5 days a week

Managed an EU-wide program to deploy automated data pipelines across all 235 Amazon Delivery Stations to conduct ROI analysis of energy reduction initiatives

Key Achievements:

• Responsible for piloting the MVP that was used in conversations with senior leadership to get approval on the scale-up of the program.

• Built out the MVP in AWS, with heavy use of Amazon S3, Lambda, Redshift, and Quicksight for uploading ingesting, storing, and visualizing data respectively

• Deep-dived into the internal customer's needs and produced a solution that solved their pain points by means of automation, producing an 85% improvement in lead time for gathering data for analysis

• Drove conversations with cross-functional teams such as Amazon Japan, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Sustainability to form a partnership that ensures the growth of the program

• Negotiated with global vendors to get specific environments of data transfer setup for Amazon

• Ran a marketing campaign that lasted for two weeks.

• Generated over 500 signups by different promotion methods which therefore helped me improve my communication and sales skills.
