This is my second experience in managing a physical event, but this time, it's a challenging 6-day
entrepreneurship camp. I continue to take on different roles after the camp ends, acquiring valuable experiences along the way.

harder each day and gain valuable experience. Assisting in the creation of the 'Start the Transformation!'
program was an experience that allowed me to impact thousands of young entrepreneurs. Being part of
a non-governmental organization not only provided me with invaluable experience but also facilitated
interactions with some of Turkey's most successful executives, even leading to ongoing discussions on
various topics. The benefits I gained from this experience were immense.

*My responsibility included overseeing part-time students in organizing the Southern Career Fair
(GUNKAF), one of the largest state-sponsored career fairs in Turkey.
*I reached out to companies and engaged them in participating in the fair.
*Additionally, I gathered and reported information about graduates and companies, presenting it to
my managers.
Preparing and managing the operational processes of one of Turkey's largest career fairs was an
incredibly confidence-boosting experience. It also provided me with firsthand insights into the workings
of public institutions, as well as the private sector. Through this experience, where I took on significant
responsibilities, I realized that I was capable of achieving a great deal.
