About the role

This is a truly unique opportunity in which, as a senior software engineer at CloudBees, you will be the kernel of the expanding AI team, and play an instrumental role in laying out the foundation of a new SaaS product powered by data and AI. We are looking for a pioneer who is excited to pick up new exciting technologies, experiment, learn, and chart unknown territories.


What You'll Do

  • Develop code, infrastructure, data processing and work on ML algorithms.

  • Operate a service and be accountable to its business impact.

  • Work closely with prospects and customers to resolve problems they are experiencing & make them happy.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

  • Experience programming in Java (>2years) mandatory.

  • Experience developing web applications.

  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to be self sufficient given the proper guidance.

  • Self-motivated and driven personality.

  • Fully proficient in English written and spoken language.

  • Comfortable working closely with support, customers and community to help resolve issues.

  • Passion for teams: building, working in them, encouraging team members to reach their potential.

It’s great but not required to have:

  • Data processing experience.

  • Machine Learning experience.

  • Python experience.

  • Experience working in Agile methodologies.
