Role Overview


We’re looking for a motivated UI/UX Design Intern who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs. You’ll work closely to help craft digital interfaces that make energy management smarter, more sustainable, and accessible for all. We are committed to building interconnected and resilient communities—and we believe great design plays a crucial role in delivering accessible, user-friendly solutions. Key Responsibilities


  • Assist in the creation of wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile applications.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

  • Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and team members.

  • Help maintain and evolve our design system and UI components.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies in UX/UI design.


Qualifications


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (academic or personal projects welcome).

  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

  • Enthusiasm for sustainability, technology, and clean energy is a plus.
