Job Overview

We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join the QuickBooks Payments team, focused primarily on AR features for mid market businesses.

Responsibilities

• Lead, deliver, and contribute user experience design for AR experiences for an industry-leading mid market platform

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other designers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver end to end user experiences

• Plan and conduct user research, including surveys, usability testing, and user interviews

• Translate research insights into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

• Ensure a consistent user-centered design approach across all projects

• Deliver pixel perfect specs for development

• Work closely with developers to ensure implementation is to spec

  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, User Experience Design,

• Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in interaction or user experience design

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work

• Experience with designing for financial software a plus

• Content design experience a plus

• Visual design experience, interpreting and applying a standardized design system a plus

• Expertise with Figma, auto-layout

• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and guidelines - Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $148,500 - 201,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
