Location

We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated contributor to join our team in one of our key office locations: Toronto. Our interns will be hybrid -  sometimes you'll work from home, sometimes you'll work from the office. Managers and their organization will establish the frequency you'll need to go into the office to meet priorities.

About the Internship

We are seeking a motivated and talented Software Engineer AI Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our AI and engineering teams to design, develop, AI-driven solutions. You will gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to real world projects.

What You’ll Get To Do

• Assist in development and deployment of LLM models.

• Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques.

• Partner with cross functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

• Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities. 

• Conduct performance testing and optimize models for accuracy and efficiency.

• Foster strong relationships with teammates, customers, and vendors to facilitate effective communication and partnership throughout the project lifecycle.

• Document processes, code, and methodologies used during projects.

Who We are Looking For

The ideal candidate for this role will identify with our passion and pride in the simple elegance and usability of our solution and will join an engineering team that strongly believes in automated testing, UX design, and an iterative process. 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields and graduating between December 2025 and June 2026 inclusive.

• Programming skills in Python.

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as Langchain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Skikit-learn.

• Knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, and deep learning.

• Willingness to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and/or concepts.

• Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills.
