UI/UX Designer

All About the Role:

We're looking for a passionate UI/UX Design Intern with a keen eye for detail and a drive to create intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces. Whether you're fresh out of school or have up to 2 years of experience, if you're skilled in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you'll collaborate with our design and development teams to create and refine wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for our web and mobile applications. You'll be responsible for translating complex ideas into clean, user-friendly designs that enhance user experience. Additionally, you’ll will get to interact with direct customers and other stakeholders directly

(Bonus Points) Familiarity with interaction design and animation tools like Principle or After Effects is a plus. An interest in or experience with creating design documentation and guidelines will also make you stand out.

Teams You Will Work With:

Product Team: You'll work closely with the Product team, helping to define and refine the user journey and ensuring that our design solutions align with the overall product vision. This collaboration will give you a deep understanding of the product lifecycle and how design decisions impact the user experience.

Development Team: You'll collaborate with front-end and backend developers to ensure your designs are accurately implemented. This partnership will give you hands-on experience in bridging the gap between design and code, learning how to create designs that are not only beautiful but also feasible and performant.

Marketing Team: By working with the Marketing team, you’ll learn how design contributes to brand identity and user engagement. You'll have the opportunity to create visual assets for marketing campaigns and learn how to maintain consistency across different media.
