About the role

• Sepal AI specializes in PhD-level experts for AI model development. We provide robust, frontier data through a comprehensive process in sourcing, vetting, matching, trials, and peer quality control. We are currently working with the world's leading foundational AI model companies across domains in advanced sciences, professional services, and safety & preparedness.

• We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to join our team as a founding engineer. The ideal candidate would be an engineer with 5+ years of experience, who has built products zero to one across the stack. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working on both frontend and backend, and who wants to grow into a senior leadership role within the team. You’d interface directly with the co-founders and would be treated as an equal.

• For our founding team, communication styles and cultural fit is the most important element of working together. We’re excited to get to know you, and aim to play long term games with long term partners.
