The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our hybrid team with an office in Los Angeles, CA. You will be a critical leader in the development of our customer-facing platforms. You will own projects from end-to-end, collaborate with a globally distributed team of engineers, and mentor others to build a world-class user experience that our customers rely on to manage their entire supply chain.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and iterate on our supply chain management software built with React and TypeScript.

• Own projects from end-to-end — managing the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing success of major features.

• Refactor existing pages an functions, optimizing performance and user experience.

• Mentor other engineers through training, individual support, code reviews, and pair programming.

• Continuously improve our frontend infrastructure, tooling (Webpack, Storybook), and development processes to enhance performance and developer productivity.

Who You Are

• You have 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend development, including significant, hands-on experience with React in production environments.

• You have demonstrable experience leading frontend projects to successful completion. You are comfortable making architectural decisions and guiding a team to execute on them.

• You possess deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, a strong foundation in HTML/CSS, and a thorough understanding of modern ES conventions. You are highly proficient with React, state management libraries (e.g., Redux), and component libraries like Material-UI.

• You are familiar with common front-end development tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and Git version control strategies.

• You have a strong understanding of consuming RESTful APIs and are proficient with browser-based debugging and performance testing tools (e.g., Lighthouse, Chrome Dev Tools, React Profiler).
