We’re looking for a Software Engineering Intern to join our fast-paced tech team. This role is perfect for students who are passionate about coding, building clean and scalable systems, and solving real-world problems with a direct business impact.
As an intern, you'll collaborate with experienced engineers and analysts on projects spanning internal tools, APIs, data pipelines, and research infrastructure.
Build internal tools and APIs in collaboration with engineers and quants
Write clean, maintainable code using our stack (Ruby, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, AWS)
Support ETL pipelines, backend services, and data integrations
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and sprint planning
Analyze system performance and recommend optimizations
Contribute to documentation and agile development cycles
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field
Proficient in at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
Familiarity with web frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or React
Understanding of relational databases and SQL
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn
Experience working with financial or time-series data
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows
Personal or open-source project contributions
Interest in fintech, investments, or capital markets
Hands-on experience in a high-performance engineering environment
Exposure to real-world investment workflows and finance-tech stacks
Mentorship from experienced developers and industry experts
Opportunity to contribute to mission-critical projects with tangible impact
Duration: 3-6 months (flexible) | Stipend: ₹50,000–₹60,000/month.
Please note that this internship will require you to work from the Stronghold Bangalore office.
