Quality Assurance engineer

Urbanaut is a leading app and website offering curated experiences, serving over 200,000 users. We provide a robust B2B booking management system that supports experience operators, tour companies, and event hosts/venues in managing their bookings and ticketing. 

We are here to disrupt the experience economy and we are looking to build a strong team of engineers to help us scale our business. 

Required Skillset:

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new and existing features.

• Document, and track bugs, defects, and performance issues, ensuring prompt resolution.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web, mobile, and/or desktop platforms.

• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback during design and development phases.

• Automate test cases using industry-standard tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Monitor and analyze test results to ensure software quality meets or exceeds defined standards.

• Participate in release planning

• Advocate for best practices in quality assurance and contribute to improving QA processes and standards.

• Strong analytical mind with the ability to identify issues immediately.
