Software Engineer III, Full-stack (Frontend Heavy) India

What you'll do:

• Design, develop software with high quality and take ownership.

• Work collaboratively in an Agile team.

• Participate in a full development life cycle including planning and code reviews.

• Develop core IAM platform for Vimeo accounts and authorization. 

• Build solutions that can easily scale to the demands of Vimeo traffic bursts.

• Ensure the best technical design and approach with an aim for continuous improvement.

• Setting high technical standards.

Skill and knowledge you should possess:

• BTech / MTech in Computer science or equivalent degree

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in any backend technologies like  Java / PHP/ Golang.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in any Frontend technologies like React, Nexy, Vue.

• Good Database Knowledge (MySQL, Oracle, Redis, Memcache, etc) 

• Hands-on with Design, Coding, Debugging and Testing

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Very good in Algorithms, Data structures, and Time Complexities

• Very good knowledge of OOPS and Design patterns.

• Good understanding of cloud technologies.

• Nice to have exposure on various authorization, authentication models and technologies like RBAC, ReBAC, SSO, SCIM etc

• Nice to have basic understanding of infrastructure technologies like Varnish, HAProxy and alike

• Fair knowledge of frontend technologies like React.

• Willingness to learn and experiment with new technology.
