Create and Publish social media content to promote interaction and services offered by the organization

Part of the Marketing Tools & Comunications team, in charge of main data funnels that fed data into our primary marketing campaign tools.

Key achievements:
- Instrumentation of projects using StatsD/Grafana monitoring portal. Metrics collected using two
approaches, an in-house middleware API and direct integration using Kotlin and Micrometer
- Helped platforms team to:
Add support to collect new types of metrics in the middleware API written using Springboot/Java
Add a new implementation to migrate collected metrics related to code coverage. These metrics were
collected inside the CI/CD pipeline using Github actions

- Improve current functionalities and implement new features for a door-to-door sales app, using Ionic/iOS, for a canadian Telecom products' sales force
- Collaborate with project's architect and remote team members (GIS team) to propose new features, functionalities and improvements on the development and delivery process
- Implement a CI/CD pipeline in an environment comprising Ionic/Angular, Jenkins, Github, Google Cloud, iOS
- Meet with project manager and remote team members to provide detailed project reports and milestone updates
- Provide support and troubleshooting for business, QA testers and users.
- Part of Subject Matter Expert program, conducting interviews for new roles

- Oversaw a team of 5 programmers, providing guidance, conflict resolution and discussion on applying best practices on software development
- Establish new approaches with middle and upper management on technology adoption
- Coordinate multiple on-going projects in different business areas to attain established goals. Areas such as telecommunications top-up systems, online-banking service payments, remittance delivery, mobile products dispatching, BTL marketing analysis, BTL marketing tracking and market share research of popular brands
- Translated technical concepts and information into terms all parties could easily comprehend
- Maintained existing applications and designed and delivered new applications
- Evaluated potential software products based on new and existing system development and migration requirements

Design and Deployment of internal information systems based on Web Services with the .NET platform. Deployment and Updates of the internal communication network using PHP.

- Design and development of backend, working for an iOS and android mobile client. The backend was written in php using Silex as framework
- Coordinated iOS mobile client development with an external developer
