As a Manager in Human Resources, my responsibilities include overseeing the recruitment and selection process, managing employee relations, conducting performance evaluations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Additionally, I am responsible for managing HR projects and initiatives and collaborating with other departments to drive organizational goals and objectives.
