- Responsible for social media planning and execution
- Organized a mural painting project together with Gopeng Old Folk's Home, in collaboration with Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan Johor, involving more than 50 volunteers from all over Malaysia. 

Y Nature Walk aims to provide beneficiaries the opportunity to appreciate flora and fauna of our many community and nature parks. This opportunity is often missed due to varying challenges and circumstances faced by them and their caregivers. Volunteer Leaders plan, organize and conduct fun and informative activities during these walks.

Volunteers were paired to 1 children/youth during the Y Nature Walk. 

- Plan & execute customers' life cycle journeys in key markets
- Channels: paid social/email/push notifications/SMS/direct messaging app
