Lead a team of 5 designers to create digital and physical experiences across the marketing funnel. Execute and lead multi-market, multi-channel ad campaigns from initial brainstorm to delivery. Develop experience strategy and branding toolkit for Justworks’ conference. Build Instagram design system and contribute to the channel’s growth to over 11.7k followers. Spearhead Justworks’ strategic brand evolution via refreshed typeface, logo, and color systems. Collaborate with internal stakeholders & designers, agency partners, and vendors.

Organize monthly roundtable discussions for designers. Curate local design leaders to host and guide conversations. Promote event through social media.

Reached out to other  designers, internal stakeholders, PMs and engineers to develop wireframes, page layouts, workflows, and prototypes. Brainstormed product initiatives with design team. Identified end user priorities and frustrations to ensure alignment with design decisions. Designed and implemented a scalable front-end design system. Managed the hand-off of visual assets to Marketing team.

Created the on and offline visual identity that captured and conveyed the emotional experience behind the EveryAction and NGP VAN brands. Concepted and designed all landing pages, white papers, social media images, and environmental graphics and experiences that significantly increased traffic and inbound sales. Coordinated visuals with product team to unify product marketing across platforms. Photographed events and corporate headshots. Managed vendors for print materials and unique swag.
