i was 17 and a lost newbie in the huge webdev world when I got this internship,
so my biggest personal achievement at that time was that I really actually freakin COMPLETED the internship!

entered a newbie came out as an experienced newbie,
I was kept in a really great atmosphere to grow. Genuinely nice people.

Great experience, great people.
I mentored new interns.
but had to move on to more challenging stuff!

Full Stack Engineer

shifted to the backend. now retired from Frontend, I was looking for a place to grow as a backend engineer.
here I entered as an intern and quickly grew to leading teams on 2 major projects.

Backend Engineer

worked on general full-stack stuff yk admin panels, websites, same old boring nextjs
ALSO, worked on open-source admin panel generation cli (I caught my love for dev tools cli from here!)

I was kept in a great atmosphere to work on open-source and the business-related webdev in a balanced way.

due to having a great work-life balance, I learnt so many new things in my free time, and applying them at work made me better overall as a Self-Taught engineer.

but, had to leave because I had different career aspirations :):

one-man army, thousand projects to go, 1.5 done.

What's a better way to learn DBMS than to build a CLI-based PGAdmin/PhpMyAdmin/whatever-db-admin alternative that also creates &amp; manages database migrations for you automatically!
BTDubs, it's not JUST A LEARNING PROJECT, it's an opinion, that you don't freakin need ORMs for your mom's food recipe website lol.

2. SFS (Simple File Storage) [WIP] - github.com/fossmedaddy/sfs-cli
&gt; actually the 'F' does not stand for "File" there but it's linkedin... I don't wanna get cancelled.
A wrapper service where you can bring your own file-storage mechanism like S3, R2 or even just store it on local disk of the server.
The goal is to provide a truly better way to share, query and ingest files, whether you're using it for personal use or have gone HyperScale™.
