• Conducted >5 user interviews and defined the user journey to identify information gaps to improve workflow efficacy.
• Identified user requirements to build an in-house analytics dashboard using Spotfire and Python to save $500k annum (contributor).

Facilitate mentor activities for >30 scholarship recipients. Mentorship is considered the most-valued resource by scholars year-over-year (YoY). Scholars have won multiple research conference presentations and other accolades.

• Led >10 peers to increase the average grade for >200 community college students by 15 points through STEM tutoring and mentoring. 

Developed and lead a Data Analysis Bootcamp during the Summer and Winter intersessions covering common data analysis tools and programming languages such as Microsoft Excel, Python (NumPy, pandas, matplotlib), and SQL (MySQL).

Ensured cultural, academic, and social adjustment to campus activities and goals for 3 mentees. Mentees have completed their bachelor's degrees in engineering.

Courses Taught: General Chemistry I/II, General Physics I/II, and Mathematics (Calculus to Linear Algebra)

Consistently brought in >10 students per tutoring session for at least 1 hour. Provided tutoring to >100 students and improved class average letter grades through active recall techniques and an authentic repository of problems.
