As the founding Chief of the Data and Innovation function at the Noble Charter Network, I am building and leading a new technology team that supports Noble's 18 campuses, thousands of educators and staff, and 12,000 students using data science and software engineering to create transformative academic experiences at our schools.

Noble is Chicago's largest Charter Network, serving a student population that is 98% minority and 89% low-income. Driven by the mission of creating equitable outcomes for all its students, 99% of Noble students earn college acceptance before graduation.

This UK-based cooperative researches, designs, funds, develops, certifies and uses digital products and services that respects and protects human rights. Composed of an international group of domain experts, we focus on the promotion and creation of technology we trust for the world we want. As a co-founding member of the cooperative, I provide technology infrastructure management and leadership.

Regroup Therapy is a venture-backed health-tech startup that partners with forward thinking healthcare organizations to reinvent the delivery of mental/behavioral health services in the United States. As part of the executive team, I provided strategic and operational leadership to grow Regroup from zero to over $20M in contracted annual revenue, at a pace of over 4000% annual growth. As Regroup's CTO, I oversaw all aspects of our technology operations from internal tools and systems to development and deployment of the company's HIPAA-compliant telehealth product platform.

Regroup recently combined with Insight to become the largest telepsychiatry provider in the United States.

Servo is a digital product development agency that helps the world's most recognized companies and brands create sophisticated technology applications and solutions. Servo’s consumer-facing and enterprise work has included full-stack web and mobile apps, systems and security design, performance and optimization, and technical strategy for clients such as the FDIC, the IRS, Millennium Management, Pfizer, US Cellular, VeriFone, PayPal, Kraft, Welch's, Pearson, Philips and the DAV.

Servo has also developed and incubated its own SaaS products including Sort, a knowledge management tool, Risa, an decentralized email platform, and Technika, a distance learning knowledge platform.

Responsible for software architecture, system design and data modeling for a rapidly growing internet software service company requiring robust, scalable and fault tolerant services to accommodate a rapid expansion of the core product. Implemented dozens of sophisticated new front-end UI features, created a build and release system, introduced use of design patterns, architected and deployed production server farm, tuned code, databases, and systems to boost performance on critical operations by an order of magnitude.

As a consulting engineer for the firm's Global Market Data group, worked closely with the technical leadership on the team as a domain specialist to assist architecting and implementing ETL-related service and infrastructure projects.

Absolute Performance is an IT services company supplying cloud-based infrastructure monitoring and system performance analysis to Fortune 500 companies. I oversaw a team responsible for new technology research and development, results of which contributed to a 157% growth in revenue at the company. Improved processing speed of their first generation product by more than 10x.

Authored technical documentation for patent US007079010 for "System and method for monitoring processes of an information technology system" granted in 2006.

Managed technical operations of Active’s multiple web properties, including software development, technical planning, software architecture and implementation, and production IT operations for rapidly expanding company. Served as a technical co-founder of company Active acquired after successful launch of innovative recreational sports web platform (LeagueLink).
