Provided pro bono consulting to a start up in the talent acquistion domain. Incumbent was a start up with Series A funding, and gearing up for a Series B funding, poised on a growth spurt scaling up to 2X or 3X current client implementations. But the current processes, pracctices and org structure were major impediments in achieving this.

I undertook a 4 week study of the organisation and came up with a blueprint of culling the consulting and implementing functions currently held by sales and incorporating a professional services unit within the organisation, staffed by techno-functional experts.
