Design and Implementation of Two-Level Filter Cache to reduce CPU Power Consumption

Implemented a system of 2 level filter caches using SimpleScalar and Wattch simulator. Results showed a reduction of ~15% in overall CPU power consumption. Data Cache power consumption reduced by ~60%.
