My role within Novara was to increase our hosting and domain share within the Irish market. My clients varied from Government Departments to Corporate and SME's. During this period we increased our market share by over 20%. Novara was subsequently bought by the Digiweb Group in April 2008.

Jan-05 to Oct 05 - My first role with the company was as a Telemarketing Executive. This role required cold calling business's within the 32 counties and generating appointments for our field-based consultants. After 3 months I was promoted to Team Leader given the extra responsibility of training new staff and organizing daily rotas.

Oct-05 to Mar 06 - Set up and co-ordinated all levels of an internal sales unit to generate business from existing client base as well as identifying new business opportunities. Emphasis on cross functionality. Increased sales by 40% from 2005 to present. All dealings done at MD/FD level.

Mar-06 to Nov 06: I was promoted to Credit Analyst. This involved assisting clients in the day-to-day management of their accounts.
