Worked on DOP agent app. In the initial stages, I lead the design and time delivery processes. Changed the designs which helped in smoothing less usage of the application. Hence, increased the customer base to 10000+ Agents serving 10lacs+ customers. Worked on native android.

1. Had scrums on time for smooth delivery of the updates.
2. Lead the design section for better user usage using the personas created by taking the feedback.
3. Worked on the app with the developers to ensure smooth delivery of the updates.
4. Handled the marketing side to ensure further customer onboarding using Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
5. Designed the website for DOP agent app.

Kamao App was built to help people from tier-2/3 to earn some extra money by selling loans and insurance. It was used by both the general public and the customers of the DOP Agent App. It was done as a pilot project to generate data related to other products.
