Byld is the software development club of IIIT-Delhi. We’re a bunch of students who love building apps and hacks using various tools and technologies.

• Working on increasing Developer Productivity by shortening the Feedback loop from (2 mins to 10 secs ~ 12x reduction) during coding.
• Developing the Backend of Headout with Kotlin, Java and Spring Boot.

- Learned the art of Customer Discovery in Startups
- Interviewed 60 Salons across Delhi NCR to find a potential problem-solution for SevaShop
- Learned about Business Model Canvas, Secondary Research, Workflow, Cognitive Bias in Interviews, Value Proposition, Customer Segment and much more.

• Developed a SevaShop to empower service-based SMBs
in India.

• Developed CowinAlertsBot which nudges the user about available vaccine slots based
on their preferences.
• Built a scalable Notification system to send nudges to 150,000 users in Real-time with Python, Redis and Postgresql
• Won the Dean's Award IIITD in Research Excellence for the work done
• Story got featured in TOI, Mid-day Mumbai and all popular publications across India

• Led the Tech at SevaShop, helping take any service business online
• Won InOut 7.0 by Devfolio, the largest hackathon in India. Won a
cash prize of 1,300 USD.
• Received a grant of 5000 USD through Build India Fellowship to
further work on the project
• Got selected for GDC-Incubate by IIT Madras, a cohort for Customer Discovery

- Built a strong data collection pipeline using the Elastic-Logstash-Kibana(ELK) stack
- Wrote down efficient Elasticsearch DSL queries 
- Used Open Source Intelligence tools like Twint to collect tweets
- Applied reverse engineering methods using Mitmproxy to reverse engineer an app's API

- Worked on handling data between MongoDB and S3 by making microservices with Spark job in Scala
- Understood how to deploy applications to the cloud with security and performance in mind

- Redesigned the VLC Media Player for Linux/Windows platform using Qt/C++
and QML.
- Focused on designing and developing more fluid and intuitive interactions and
wrote production level code.

- Developed a Unity mobile VR app to view MRI scans. Built the VR interactions
and helped in the data processing.
- Coded all the hands-free interactions and helped in the data processing.
