Production Engineer - Weld Division 

•  Planned and managed pan-European projects for the various welding divisions of Toyota Europe, including the Yaris in France, the Auris and Avensis in the UK and the Auris Verso in Turkey. 

• Prepared detailed schedules, accurate specifications and communicated a project efficiently across project teams.

• Participated in Design for Manufacturability studies on new vehicle and evaluated potential equipment and tooling suppliers for future models such as the Avensis and Rav 4. 

• Developed and transferred knowledge from Japan to European plants for the Weld Technology division by participating in design studies and training courses with Toyota Motor Corporation. 

•  Managed and implemented a summer shut down for the welding division of Toyota Motor UK for the new Auris. This included working closely with external contractors, maintenance, plant engineering and production.

• Analysed market dynamics and trends as well as target company performance and strategic positioning within its market. Performed primary and secondary research to complement market models and delivered conclusions to clients.

• Led a team of analysts in the development of an acquisition strategy for a Lead Refinery to develop its operations in Germany, France and the United Kingdom. Client returned and requested same team for a similar project regarding Precision Engineering.
