I have lead UX discovery phases for key client engagements, including conducting user interviews/workshops to identify problems/requirements and articulate initial conceptualization. Produce baseline high-level IA along with other artifacts as Personas and Journey Maps and lead the process, while helping to define the larger strategy.

design thinking methodologies.
Review and understand emerging UX techniques and technologies.
Collaborate with a team of peer UX designers, visual designers, business analysts, developers,
and program managers to drive alignments and ensure the final product confirms business and

Led the design for e-commerce brands within the H&M group - ARKET, Weekday and COS to maintain the internal style guide & implement new design patterns, hi-low fidelity Prototypes, User flow and Personas for web & mobile e-commerce/enterprise applications specs & facilitate design reviews with stakeholders across all the apps. I collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers & the marketing team.

Lead the design of an Arizona State University (ASU) for Hybrid application which should work across multiple screens and OS platforms.

Assisted the creative director by helping to manage large scale UI/UX projects for GE Products, Also designed and initiated wireframes and functional Prototypes for Truops, Risk Management System from SDG

Key designer for designing Icegate - Government of INDIA (ICEGATE is a portal that provides e-filing services to the trade and cargo carriers and other clients of Customs & Central Excise) Worked closely with product owners (Indian Revenue Services – IRS) officers and development team to ensure accurate execution of all submitted designs.
My responsibilities included heuristic analysis, wireframes, sitemaps, user flows & visual design.
