Joining the armed forces as a reserve officer have enriched me on different levels:
1- Culture: Being exposed to different types of cultures on a daily basis have broadened my horizon making it more appealing to accept others regardless of their backgrounds, values, or beliefs.

2- Managerial Skills: Mainly as an officer we fall in the middle management category, we are responsible to put the strategic plans into execution by planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the process in order to achieve the desired objectives.

3- Interpersonal Skills: Conflicts always take place in the working environment, dealing with such conflicts is a must. hence it helped refining my interpersonal skills including rapid decision making, negotiation, communication, and conflict resolving skills.
