- Led the revamp of an internal tool for the team to efficiently create different types of forms and quizzes to be used across the NextLeap Platform. Crafted the core user flows, making it scalable and easier to use- Introduced a brand new in-line quiz template to be used on the Learning Management System (LMS) that had a positive impact on the learning experience - Streamlined the shortlisting of top performers to reduce the final project result publishing time by 75% - Built the first version of the affiliate program to increase paid users thus potentially generating more revenue for the business<ul><li>Designed a job portal for admins &amp; recruiters to create and manage job postings and for learners to find job opportunities thus an attempt to streamline the career services operations</li></ul>- Designed the onboarding widget to provide important updates of the course to learners post the course purchase reducing customer queries by 80%
