Fui voluntário dessa ONG por alguns meses. Eles ensinam música para crianças e jovens vivendo em situação de vulnerabilidade social. Redesenhei o site e a comunicação online (mídias sociais) da organização.

Trabalhei junto com Rafael Diedrich e Marcos Botelho na produção das duas primeiras edições do Rock no Vale. Junto com o Rafael fui responsável pela estruturação de backstage, comunicação, etc.

I had the opportunity to be part of a small and dynamic team that developed digital experiences for large clients in the Telecom, Retail and Logistics areas.

Fliperama was a design studio where I was able to work with my good friend <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" class="text-green-text rich-link break-all link-break" href="https://www.terrymota.com/">Terry Mota</a>. It was a little experimental and at that time I was able to work on branding projects, and even a little bit of fashion design.

My first challenges as a designer at Vitta were structuring the relationship between the new Design team and the Front-End in our first product: defining and implementing a workflow that would guarantee the quality of the user experience. This involved changes in software, integration of new tools, organization of styleguides, etc.

After the merger with Katu and a new structure, we started to evolve our Product team to deal with the challenges of a SaaS present in major healthcare players and with very complex routines. From that moment on, I started to act as head of a Product Design team working with Product Managers to define goals and directions for the company's main product.A few years later, the company pivoted to a broader model focused on insurance and I had the challenge of designing a new stack of Products to support this new moment.

Entrepreneurship

Stone is the biggest partner of the small Brazilian entrepreneur and since January 2022 I have had the opportunity to lead the Design squads responsible for Insurance, Investments and Services products.
