◆ Led the design of Fresher Jobs product for employers where I designed the user flow, employer dashboard, post job form, and employer registration page.
◆ Redesigned the Applicant Tracking System, making it scalable along with improved filter usage rate without negatively affecting the hiring and shortlisting rate.

◆ My team worked on monetising the employer product and designed prominent features - an interview scheduler (like calendly), an assignment tool (to share and track assignments with candidates) and subscription plans which led to a 61% growth in monthly revenue.
