Changes in a subassembly in the form of parts of a subassembly were received as an engineering change management (ECMs) from the engineering side. Those were accessed using the SAP MM screens. The changes were analyzed in terms of changes of dimensions and shape and were made in the related doc if to be updated or a new one if entirely new. The content management system used for single sourcing was PTC Arbortext editor. Crreo View was used for analyzing the incumbent changes made in the sub-assembly to convey and coordinate with the illustration team.

Based on the collated information a structured, SEO friendly article was drafted to be published on a dedicated websites for army, navy and airforce vehicles using the Wordrpress content management system.
