Led Pricing Strategy & Customer Experience at Amazon Fresh Stores:
- Defined the pricing strategy for Amazon Fresh stores, aligned with senior leadership and led the launch operations for pricing. 
- Defined and built the customer experience for pricing across in-store and online touchpoints including electronic price labels, Point-of-Sale, Just-Walk-Out Cart and Fresh online (fresh.amazon.com). 
- Scaled pricing to support stores across multiple regions, working with economist team to build and deploy models for automated pricing strategy.

Product Management for Amazon Pickup (World Wide):
- Led the launch of online search and discovery experience of pickup points on Amazon to make it easy for customers to choose pickup during their shopping journey; drove more than 20% lift in pickup orders.
- Built the services layer to power pickup discovery experience that helps customers provide relevant pickup upsells and location recommendations; driving 15% lift in pickup orders.

Product Management & Strategy for new business initiatives at Sears Home Services & Service Live
- Led the launch of self-service CX for appliance repair diagnostics system for Sears Home Services. 
- Built business case and product roadmap for externalizing Advanced Diagnostics platform used by expert technicians, directly to members via Service Live web and mobile.
- Drove an estimated increase in resolve rates to >27%; and customer adoption in target segment for in-home paid requests by 20%.
