Act as a bridge between Business and external IT Development team.
•	Coordinate with fulfilment, marketing and customer service teams from UK, US, Benelux via workshops, meetings to understand their issues and requirements.
•	Analyse and gather IT requirements in agile environment to translate them into technical specs, User stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria. 
•	Work with developers during technical implementation, perform end to end Testing and follow-up issues to ensure bug fixes for customers and internal users.
•	Manage product backlog using ‘Jira’ as per Business priorities.
•	Document and map complex business processes using Lucidchart (MSvisio*)
•	Identify customer and internal IT system issues & manage Change requests.

Digital Platform- Led the important early stage phases of new startup's product development - Discovery, Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering and documentation.

- Led a new Digital project from scratch with main objective of gathering client’s requirements, B-model analysis, Digital strategy and customer requirement. 
- Analyze and capture requirements using context diagrams, process maps, UML, use cases, Wireframes, etc. by use of tools like Casecomplete and BalsamIq. 
- Map process flow diagrams and customer journey to improve efficiency
- Evaluate trends and 3rd party vendors for achieving better customer experience on marketplace platform.

E-Commerce - End to end project management with stakeholder interaction, defining project objectives, timelines, deliverable, development planning and actual delivery of solution

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify issues and define requirements.
- Create Epics, User stories, tasks, acceptance criteria and define priorities
- Identify blockers, evaluate current processes and identify improvement scope
- End-to-end testing including UAT and Usability testing with customer focus.
