Provided backstage support for a variety of high-profile theatrical productions in world class venues in multiple disciplines. Provided administrative and technology support for WDW Entertainment department. Worked in a variety of technical roles to support high volume productions, up to 20 shows per day, across multiple locations at Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL. Worked as set decoration and properties lead for a number of private events at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Created the first digital props database for Disney’s Animal Kingdom Entertainment Department.

Entertainment Stage Technician

Responsible for the information technology, creative asset management, and communications systems for all Blue Man Group theaters, offices and employees worldwide. Led the creation of the company’s Information Technology department and implemented best practices for support, security and communication. Developed creative solutions to solve global communications challenges during a period of explosive company growth. Oversaw company-wide IT budget and managed a team of 12 technology specialists and generalists and to support day to day global operations. Worked with marketing and creative teams to dramatically expand BMG’s digital online presence and enhance fan communications.

Director of Technology

Provided a range of consulting services for entertainment/small business clients including IT infrastructure/staffing, communications, web/email marketing, data security and backup, and A/V solutions. Served as interim CTO for Franco Dragone’s The House of Dancing Water in Macau, China.

President/Owner

Senior team leader responsible for advancing the agency’s mission, developing creative technology solutions, enhancing relationships with clients and strategic partners, and ensuring the success of in-house team members. Oversee large entertainment projects requiring coordination of internal teams and partners to deliver the best possible user experience at scale. Lead client communications and manage a cross-departmental team of strategy, media and production specialists for one of the agency's target higher education clients. Extend agency outreach by speaking at agency events, moderating twice-monthly roundtables, producing technology showcase events, writing for the agency publication, and producing, editing, and hosting over 52 episodes of agency podcast, Inside Situation.
