Stop scrolling your life away.

One more reel. Then another. You look up and the evening is gone.

We built Slow Time Club to help you put the phone down when you have something else to do. It’s an iPhone app blocker, built in India by Hoomans Co.

Need a break from your apps right now? Pick them and start a Quick Block. Want your evenings back? Set a recurring Focus Session. Still want a little Instagram? Give it a daily limit.

You can choose a soft or hard block, keep apps together in folders, and see where your time went with Insights.

Simple boundaries. More time for life outside your phone.

Available for iPhone on iOS 18 or later. No account needed. Free to download; paid access is required. Screen-time activity is handled on your device. We also use analytics and purchase attribution, as explained in our privacy policy.

Try it and tell me what works for you, or what gets in the way. I’d love to hear.
