I was part of a team who was able to enhance and simplify the airline booking experience in a responsive, fast and well integrated website. The most relevant work there I'm proud of is the creation of the VivaFan flow (A membership for the savvy traveler they say!!) This was really challenging for due to the enormous amount of business rules this big web app contains, but it was at the end a very successful experience.
