Clavier Virtuel is a free collection of online keyboards for 63 languages and scripts: Arabic, Persian, Russian, Greek (including polytonic ancient Greek), Hebrew, Hindi, Chinese pinyin, Japanese, Korean, Amazigh/Tifinagh, IPA and accented Latin languages.

Each keyboard follows the real layout, with Shift and AltGr rows, and works with a mouse, a touch screen or your physical keyboard. It suggests words and predicts the next word as you type, and you can copy your text in one click.

Extra tools: automatic Arabic tashkeel (diacritics) that runs a small neural network in the browser, an Arabizi-to-Arabic converter, and alphabet guides. Everything runs client-side, works offline as a PWA, and needs no account.
