Virtual Office is a localized CRM/LMS ecosystem built to eliminate administrative fragmentation and "Excel chaos" in educational centers. We solve the critical problem of manual overload by replacing disconnected tools like WhatsApp and paper logs with a unified, high-performance digital core. Currently, we are implementing a strategic pilot program at the Kazakhstan-Japan Center (KJC).This pilot is being launched in official collaboration with the Institute of Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence at Narxoz University.
