Semi-finalist at Hack the North 2025 • Architected the API of a Python (FastAPI) backend which takes a video stream and intelligently blurs confidential information using opencv, OCR and regex • Created a real-time WebRTC video chat app (React, Vite) to integrate and illustrate the use-case of this software • Pitched this service to judges from YCombinator, Groq and Ollama to be sold to streaming platforms (Twitch, Google Meet, Zoom), secured a spot in the top 32 teams and finished as a semi-finalist at the largest hackathon in Canada
