How it works

1. Submit the job title, company LinkedIn page URL, job listing URL, your email.

2. The automation finds people in adjacent roles at the target company.

3. Receive an email with a list of people: their name, title, link to their LinkedIn profile.

Caveats

1. Works with relatively bigger companies (established LinkedIn presence and enough employees with relevant roles).

2. Finds people with the same role, adjacent roles, and people senior/junior to the role.

3. For some reason it is limited to up ~10 people (finding out why).

4. Not finding people from the same location because it would reduce the pool of referrers.
