Open-source plugin that hands a live Claude Code session to OpenAI Codex, conversation intact. Building it surfaced a defect in OpenAI's official plugin that reported every successful session transfer on Windows as a failure — root-caused to a strict-equality comparison between an extended-length path and its resolved form, after three open issues had gone unanswered. Published the diagnosis on the upstream issues and opened a narrow patch (codex-plugin-cc#551), then withdrew it in favour of a broader contributor patch that covers both defects; the bug remains open upstream.
