Grouple is a hospitality booking platform built around a problem most travel apps ignore: booking for groups is messy — split preferences, coordination across people, and merchants who need visibility into group-size bookings without losing control of their inventory.

As the sole UX owner, I designed the core product from the ground up — a merchant dashboard giving property owners real-time visibility into bookings, occupancy, and group requests, alongside a consumer-facing booking flow that let groups coordinate preferences (dates, room splits, budget) without the back-and-forth of manual booking.
