I was diagnosed with ADHD at 40.
No one handed me a guide. No scripts for the HR meeting. No letter to give my manager. No roadmap for the system, I suddenly had to navigate alone.
I lost jobs. I missed opportunities. I spent years masking in workplaces that weren't built for me — without the language or tools to advocate for myself.
So I built NeuroAdvocate.
What it is: A self-advocacy toolkit for late-diagnosed neurodivergent adults — people with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and related conditions who are navigating workplaces, healthcare systems, and institutions that weren't designed for them.
What it does:
↳ AI-generated accommodation letters — professional, personalised, ready to send
↳ Workplace scripts — exact words for the conversations you've been avoiding
↳ Accommodation Passport — your needs, your rights, documented and portable
↳ Communication guides — for emails, meetings, and difficult conversations
↳ Goals tracker with AI coaching
↳ Community forum — peer support from people who get it
Who it's for: Late-diagnosed adults who are done figuring it out alone. People who are highly capable but exhausted by systems that require them to constantly explain, justify, and advocate for basic accommodations.
Why I built it: Lived experience. I am the user. Every feature exists because I needed it and couldn't find it anywhere else.
Built by a neurodivergent founder, for the neurodivergent community.
Also building: Neou
Neou is my second product — an autonomous AI agent described as a Prosthetic Prefrontal Cortex.
When your executive function goes offline, Neou acts on your behalf. It scans your calendar, finds your next meeting, and drafts the reschedule email in your voice — without being asked.
4 days after launch: voice mode shipped, live dashboard shipped, first paying customer.
↳ Stress check-in — energy, sleep, pressure scored automatically
↳ Autonomous calendar scanning
↳ Email drafting in your voice — saved to drafts
↳ Voice mode — speaks the check-in, records your response
↳ Live dashboard — stress trends, 7-day history
9 founding member spots. £99 lifetime access.
