In this case study, I explore the journey of designing a comprehensive dermatology and skincare platform app for Clinikally. Clinikally is a digital health platform that provides personalized skincare and haircare solutions through AI-driven diagnostics and expert consultations.

My goal was to address common pain points in the industry, such as lack of personalization, complex user interfaces, trust issues, and limited access to experts. By understanding user needs and preferences, I aimed to create an intuitive and engaging user experience.

The app includes a seamless user flow from onboarding to diagnostics, consultations, and product purchases. Key features include AI diagnostics, personalized skincare & haircare routines, expert consultations, and high-quality products.

Throughout the project, I learned the importance of user-centric design, the power of feedback, and building trust through transparency and expert advice. The result is a platform that not only meets user needs but also provides a comprehensive and personalized approach to skincare and haircare.
