FoodCiti is a cloud-native restaurant operating system built for UK multi-location groups. It replaces the usual patchwork of separate tools (till, online ordering, delivery, loyalty, reporting) with one unified platform.

ARCInfosoft designed and built it end to end: EPOS and mobile EPOS, branded online ordering tied to each restaurant's domain, table reservations, kitchen workflows, CRM and loyalty, delivery dispatch with live driver tracking, staff management, and real-time reporting. Every order channel converges on a single pipeline, and a central admin gives operators live control across every site.

Built on AWS for scale and security, with an Angular web frontend, Node.js and Express backend, MongoDB data layer, and Flutter for native iOS and Android. Real-time updates power kitchen flow, ordering, and driver tracking. An AI-accelerated build delivered serious scope on a fast timeline, with the client owning 100% of the source code and infrastructure.
