In this case study, I tackled the challenge of redesigning a ticket-raising system for a fintech platform facilitating the booking of Fixed Deposits (FDs) across multiple banks.
I came up with fixing customer experience leakages in the funnel.
I collaborating with stakeholders,and led the design process, resulting in a streamlined and intuitive system that optimized efficiency for the support team and enhanced satisfaction for customers ticket raising experince.
The revamped system yielded tangible improvements in response times and customer satisfaction metrics, also reflecting in product funnel.
